Returns & Faulty Items

All pieces purchased online are non-refundable. All prints are printed to order and therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

If the piece is faulty, please email spacecast.projects@gmail.com with the order number, an image of the piece and a description of the fault. If the print has a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be sent out. A replacement cannot be provided for items damaged or lost during shipping or damaged or lost after they have been delivered. If eligible for a return/refund due to a fault, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Warranty

The archival nature of prints varies from print to print, but archival and Glicée printing processes can produce prints that last 80+ years in optimal conditions. Optimal conditions would be positions with no direct sunlight, temperature controlled environments and professionally framed with UV glass and acid free materials. Do not use Bluetack or any other adhesives directly onto your prints. Direct or excessive indirect sunlight can cause prints to fade. Space Cast cannot replace prints that have been damaged or have faded from light exposure, prints that have not been stored properly or not been framed, or prints that have had Bluetack or other acidic materials and adhesives.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

Please note these T&Cs can only be applied to pieces purchased through the online store or via direct email and cannot be applied to pieces sold at any of our stockists.
