What is Space Cast?

Space Cast is a not-for-profit arts initiative that aims to connect and support local artists through a synaesthetic exploration of music and art. Space Cast showcases music and art collaborations from local Narrm artists and musicians in and online platform as well as through activations and events. The curated visual art and sound collaborations are available to purchase online, as a limited edition print, with all the profits going directly back to the artists. Read more in our About section.

Where are order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Thornbury (3071), Victoria.

What is the timeframe between ordering and receiving my print?

All our prints are printed to order from Hound and Bone. Their turn around times can vary, but generally speaking they are printed within a week. After Space Cast receives the print, they liaise with the artist to get the print hand signed and numbered, which can take up to a week. Postage times can also vary but generally speaking Standard Shipping is 3-4 days and Express Shipping is 1-2 days. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you purchase your print online, to receiving it. We do have some prints in stock, if the print is in stock it will be shipped within the week.

Can I come and collect my order?

Yes you definitely can! Local pick up is available from Thornbury. Please use the code LOCALPICKUP at the checkout. Once your order is ready we will email you from spacecast.projects@gmail.com to arrange a collection time. Please check your junk/spam folder if you are waiting for an email.

What kind of prints do Space Cast sell?

We use Hound and Bone in Brunswick for our fine art prints. Hound and Bone specialise in archival pigment printing, aka Giclée printing. They use specialist printers, archival quality inks, custom ICC profiles and museum grade fine art papers. The combination of these factors, plus their extensive digital imaging knowledge, means they produce prints of unrivalled quality, that are always packed with much care and love.

Do you offer refunds?

As every print is printed to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All our orders are packed and handled with the utmost care. If your print is faulty, please contact spacecast.projects@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a solution.

Do you offer framing services?

Yes we do! Framing options are available at an additional cost. Due to the very personal nature of framing, and the many many options that are available, we do not list these options online as extra’s. We will work with you to find a personalised and tailored option. This will be an additional cost and payment will be made separately from your online transaction.
